JustFillForm provides browser-based tools for importing image and PDF forms, adding text, handwriting, checkmarks, dates, and signatures, and exporting completed copies. You may use the services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
Prohibited Conduct
- Use the services to create, upload, or transmit unlawful, harmful, abusive, or fraudulent content.
- Use documents or personal information without the rights, permission, or authority required to do so.
- Interfere with or disrupt the operation, security, or availability of the website or services.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account, system, or service.
6. Your Documents and Content
You retain ownership of the documents, information, and form marks that you import or create in JustFillForm. The editor processes imported documents locally in your browser; JustFillForm does not receive those document contents unless you choose to send information to us separately, such as in a support request.
Limited Permission for Support
If you deliberately send us material for support, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive permission to review and use that material only as needed to respond to your request and operate the service. You represent that you have the rights needed to provide it.
7. Intellectual Property
The JustFillForm website, software, branding, text, graphics, and interfaces are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Your ownership of your own documents is not affected by these Terms.
Use Restrictions
You may not reproduce, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from our software or other intellectual property except as permitted by law or with our written permission.
8. Privacy and Data Protection
Your use of JustFillForm is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Imported documents, form marks, and exports are processed locally in your browser as described in that policy.
9. Disclaimers
JustFillForm is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the services will be uninterrupted, error-free, compatible with every file, or suitable for every purpose.
Review Your Completed Forms
You are responsible for reviewing every completed form before using, submitting, printing, or sharing it. JustFillForm does not provide legal, financial, medical, tax, or administrative advice and does not verify whether a form meets any third-party requirement.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, JustFillForm will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the services.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account or access to paid services if we reasonably believe that you have violated these Terms, created a security risk, or used the services unlawfully.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of China, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
